I agree, being able to inter the correct numbers for sim's means you
understand what is going on.
We use one software for layout and another for simulation, each is a net
license version. I do not know of a software with the knowledge built
in.

When it comes to doing an RF board design, it's not the software that
counts, it's
the person driving the software.
If you understand RF, you can use anything, but if you don't understand
RF, no
software will be able to help you.
