Well, you COULD buy a Valor seat, import your manufacturing information
(artwork, drill and route data, placement data, etc.), check it all, and
export your ODB++ :)

Subject: [DC] Pads PowerPCB to ODB++

All,

We've been literally burned on our first attempts to migrate from simple
RS-274-X Gerber data to ODB++ outputs, we are wondering what other PAD's
users out there are using.

We used CAM350 to import the PAD's Database, import the Drill information
(which seems to be dropped on the way in), and output the ODB++ data.

Apparently, issues with Cu pours (like some there, some "magically" not)
among other things, seems to be inherent in the "seamless" translation among
these two programs.

Tech Support, did the usual "Not our issue, must be the other guy" routine.
(Lessons from Microsoft? Bringing me back to my IS cert).

The final Jeopardy question:

What third part software is available to the PAD's PowerPCB users to provide
good ODB++ data to our PC houses? (aka: Can I grow up and live the dream??)
