The adhesive named "Goop" works very well for anything that needs a bit of
flex mounting!
(Goop is my standard answer for almost any low volume or special strain
relief mounting or attachment problem.)

Subject: [TN] Strain Relief - Need Help ASAP!


We have a customer needing wire harnesses  with a small smt circuit board
(aprox. 1 inch square), four 18 AWG wires installed, one at each corner of
pcb, preferably not soldered. The smallest strain relief item that we have
is a crimp terminal and too large for the through hole. Any suggestions.
This is not a high volume product. TIA for your help.
