Hi Joe,
You can melt DuPont's Photoimageable Coverlay product and apply it but I
would not guarantee it would give you a long term reliable product(depends
on a lot of factors). If you want more detail you can contact me offline.

Anyone have a recommendation about an epoxy or other adhesive to
bond small tears in flex?  Of course, these would be tears that don't
extend into conductors.  The material should allow some bend when
cured.
