thanks werner n daan...i am currently reading up on the info given by both
of u..wat i need to know now is that, are there any standard tests for the
solderability of Pb free solders now? any standards for the ageing tests?
any recommendations of tests n conditions for PbSn n PB free solders? many
thanks!
