I agree with Graham's post.  Historically, there were clear limitations in
some of the old (non-IPC) specs, I remember some specifically related to the
Telecoms.  They were pretty restrictive in those days (three and six wire
limits).  Nowadays it's a case by case basis; some people will wire the heck
out of units for testing etc, but some customers won't allow a single wire
on their boards.

All,
I have been tasked with trying to find out if there is a limitation on the
number of jumper wires permitted on a class 3 PCB assembly. I've looked @
610 and 7711 and 7721 and can't find anything. I would be grateful for any
direction anyone can give me on this.
