Apex makes a lot of screwdriver bits.  Check out:

Wiha makes a lot of insert bits, too, but I didn't see any with finder
sleeves.  You may want to look at www.wihatools.com.

No luck at Makita web site. If you know others please let me know. We have
small screw and only we to do is manually installed it per my mechanical
engineer.

Makita sells driver sets with this feature. Did you notice how I passed up
an opportunity to comment that Bars have insurance coverage for slippage
from too many screwdrivers.
