Permabond 102 works well - flows into small holes well and has good
mechanical and thermal characteristics - meets MIL-A-46050C Type
II-Class 2.

Does anyone care to share what they are using for a fill material after
drill modifications are performed on PWBs?    I am referring to drilling
to
cut an internal connection in a PWB after it is fabricated or even
populated as an assembly.  Not that my company ever would make a mistake
that required a drill and fill and white wires, just asking a
hypothetical
question. :)
