Hey Dave,

I think Teradyne spun this AOI stuff off..

From Landrex..
 SANTA CLARA, CA; TAIPEI, TAIWAN--February 24, 2004
Landrex Technologies Co., Ltd., Asia's largest manufacturer and supplier of
printed circuit board(PCB) test fixture solutions, announced today that it has
signed an agreement to acquireTeradyne's Optima TM Automated Optical
Inspection (AOI) product line, which it plans tomarket globally. Included in
the acquisition are patent rights and other intellectualproperty. Landrex will
continue as a Teradyne Authorized Representative (TAR) in SouthChina and
Taiwan for In-Circuit Test (ICT) products.
