Ken, I suggest you look at a Silentaire compressor. They are absolutely
quiet. I've got one under a workbench in our lab supporting 5 techs.
You can barely hear it run. These are the type they use in dental

I recommend to purchase a compressor. Compress air is a must in
manufacturing. You can get a very quiet one from Home Depot for about
700 dls. A vertical tank takes less space and the air impurities can be
extracted a bit easier.

just use shop air.
