There are so many ways to make inner layer separation, even if you have done
all that Werner suggests. A change in the temperature of an ambient rinse
tank can contribute to the problem with changing seasons of the year. Drill
smear is another cause. The fact that you said you have resin recession also may
be due to insufficient removal of material after an etchback or desmear
operation - this leave the hole wall resin "soft" and able to move much more than a
properly cured resin.
