It's amaizing(probably due to all the stalking around Iowa)how fast you were
to pork fun at my response when you knew all along it was a moisture related
issue. They didn't follow the proper bacon procedure.
Speaking of Poland China, I do have a FOD issue on my plate. Mil-C-28859 is
what we have for compliant pin interconnect/backplane assemblies. Upon
insertion there is a certain amount of Tin-Lead displaced and when it
extrudes up out of the hole, that material is being called FOD and rejected
per the Spec.

Well, technically Dewey, ham only happens "when pigs die".......
Was the unit returned from the field a "ham radio"?
Does the nature of this thread go from FOD Prevention to FOOD
Prevention?.....

Hence the saying "that will only happen when pigs fly".

A company I worked at once had a piece of equipment returned from the
field,
failed in flight.
During our investigation we found a piece of ham from a sandwich inside the
unit, causing the failure.
About that time we implemented a policy of no eating or drinking at your
workstation.
