Hole size requirements don't need to change for lead free solder. We have
tested 6 different alloys now and all seem suitable for press fit pins.
Happy to process test samples for anyone interested.

Do you think that lead-free (SN100CL) HASL will work as well as SnPb HASL

Can you tell me what the plating specification should be for white tin? Does
30-50uin sound correct?
Is immersion white tin really called ISn or ImSn?
