I'm wondering if there isn't some General that has found the FOD acronym and instituted a Government wide awareness on the subject. We just recently had an audit by one of our DOD customer and the same subject came up. From all the comments here on the TechNet I'd say that there is a new focus coming from somewhere.

By the way we have a written policy on FOD and do training for all our operators.
