I went through FOD questions a couple years ago with Boeing. I asked the guy
if they had ever found anything with our product. The answer was no. No more
questions.

Yeah Jason...'member the Chiefs barking at us during FOD walkdown;  "Hands
out of your pockets! Eyes down on the deck!!!"

I thought that the Navy was the last time I would hear that. But, we just
got asked about our FOD control procedures during a recent audit by  Bell
Helicopter/Textron. We addressed it here by showing them our emphasis  to
5-S, and
our standing "Take the last 30-minutes of your shift to clean  your area."
That
seemed to satisfy them...but they did say it would be nice if  we had a
"formal" procedure...
