Thanks all for your fast and adequate respons. At least four or five experts would elongate the flat coax pin and thus spread the mechanical forces (thermomechanical mismatching)on larger area = less F/sq. This is what I will tell the taskforce to do. I feel safer now.
If I get a repaired unit in my hand, I'll send pic to show the result.
