If you are trying to qualify your manufacturing process per J-STD-001C or D you must have material for the Fab supplier.  You cannot simply use off the shelf coupons.  Your fab house should already have coupons for their own process qualification.

I generally find that Trace Labs Central, in Palatine , IL has them (Cu
with OSP), but you also may want to try some of the labs on the attached
link that do the chemical IPC test methods.

Trace Central will run the IPC SIR test also.

Does anyone know a place to get off-the-shelf SIR test
coupons.  IPC supposes to have it, but nothing showed
up when I search for "B-24".
