Steve,

The machine is still supported, but limited only to phone support. The good
thing about the machine being in "archived" status is that if a part is no
longer repairable, then they will willingly hand over the drawings for a
replacement to be manufactured. I actually had a problem that required tech
support and they helped me over the phone, but only really by their memory
of the product.

Hi All!

We've transferred our Electrovert MCS-1000 cleaner down to our Stafford,
Texas facility, and I was wondering if any of you know of a referral I could
give to them of any service organization that could work on the machine is
if the need ever arose?

The machine is operational now, but their resources are limited, and if the
machine ever broke down I'd like them to be able to have someone to call
(instead of me...hehehe).

Electrovert has obsoleted the machine and no longer supports it.
