Hey Thanks for your help.

Do you find that through hole diameter is important? The pad size is
1.2mm square and I am putting 0.75mm holes in them.  This would best be
directed to the people who will make these moduels for us but I am in
Australia. I am still looking for somebody here.

We think in Metric ;)
