Jim,

Although this is something you could gen up yourself fairly easily, I would
search NASA and JPL web sites or any "Space" related OEM's to see if they
have anything. FOD detection is generally written into their contracts.

Also, if you are AS9100 registered FOD detection is a requirement. You might
want to talk to your registrar to see if they have anything.  Just a quick
heads up - for AS9100 they interpret FOD to be anything including
fingerprint contamination (ie cleanliness). (At least my auditor thought
fingerprints were FOD.)
