Hi Again, still Rick, Werner, JP, TA, GG, NPL, IPC LF Listservers,

Rick, I chopped your note only where I wished to ask a question??

<It does not matter which BGA supplier, Freescale, Intel, TI, IBM, or
(whomever) they all are testing their BGA components and should be able
to sufficient guidelines to assure all of us end-users will not see a
decrease in reliability, whether we are using SnPb, or SnAuCu, or FeBe.>

Back awhile ago our mostly reading only buddies, over at TI, gave us some
web sites to read about LF reliability at the component level. Since then
DougR, Abbot, and Bernard have been a bit quiet. I did enjoy seeing Bernard
on the list and I missed replying to him in a timely fashion.

So how about giving us the www links to those best of breed reports about
LF BGA's from these companies and let us see the worth.

Yours in Engineering, Dave
YiEngr, MA/NY DDave
