If you don't need to reuse the connector you could cut off all the pins from
the connector on the component side, then remove each pin individually by
heating the joint with your soldering iron and pulling it out with tweezers
or something similar. You should then be able to clear each hole with your
solder sucker.

I would recommend though that you invest in a good desoldering tool, rather
than using an iron and solder sucker.
