Rob,
if you want know, this list have names to specialists :
http://www.ifm.liu.se/ar/1995-96/thinfilm.html

if you want make, AIT is good choice, we have bought some minor circuits
from them. Another company that have full thinfilm program is this one :
http://www.rhe.de/ and a small shop in N.Y. from which we used to buy, can't
remember name instantly. A university in Sweden got a department for
thinfilm physics, they have sputters, can give you name if you want. Solar
panel makers have too, but probably too monstreous sputters for your tiny
filters.

You mention Cu, guess you mean Ti+Cu+Au.

Is anyone familiar with, or know any shops with the process of copper
sputtering thin film on ceramic? This is for some stripline RF filters.

Thanks,
Rob Goodwin
