Jim,

you have to figure out why does it shift. Does the board warp? Is the
printing OK, with equal amounts of paste on each pad? Is the connector
manually inserted and if yes, is it dead on? Does the operator shake the
board before introducing it into the oven?

You might want to make sure the connector is parallel to the travel
direction in the oven.

And the last resort: you can always add a couple of drops of SMT adhesive at
the extremities.
