Background: we seem to have a significant number of non-connected terminals
on our convex packages. Someone suggested that the concave package had
better characteristics.

Two questions to the group:

1. Which package style (Concave or Convex terminals) is better (and why)?

2. Is there a set of PCB pads that will take either package reliably?
