Hi Rob,
MIL-STD-2000A replaced MIL-STD-2000. Both were canceled several years ago.
There was not a specific replacement provided and as I'm sure you know contracts are contracts.
Many users are current citing J-STD-001 from IPC, or IPC-A-610 also from IPC. Both are currently at Revision "C" but Revision "D" is in the works but not yet published.
I can send you email copies of 2000 and 2000A if you need them but the IPC documents must be purchased.
