Antonio, bom dia.  I have done some battery work in the past and addressed
the question of life test.  Contact me offline if you want specifics.  Is
your application one in which the batteries will be charged and discharged
repeatedly or will they be on 'standby'. May I ask why you are interested in
NiCd?  I believe nickel metal hydride batteries have largely replaced NiCd
because of their performance and environmental advantages.  Lou Hart
