hi,

i saw a mosquito embedded in copper clad laminate.  i think it was a job we outsourced to the canadian rockies in the springtime.  have you been outsourcing work to minnesota in the springtime?

Hi All!

Well, I've run across some strange problems in my time, but this one is a new one to me.

I was on the production floor just after lunch, close by one of our final inspectors looking at something under her microscope, when I hear her say; "What the heck is this?" then I hear this big; "EWWWWWW!" from her...

"Steve! Steve! You gotta' look at this!" she says to me. I pull up a chair and peer into the microscope, and I have to say, I've never, ever seen this before.

What should I do? Should I send this to a lab or something? I don't know what to tell my inspectors, much less explain this to our customer...this really tops my list as one of the strangest defects I have ever seen.
