If the ink is an acrylate - MEK may do the job. If epoxy based you may
run into affecting the soldermask.

Subject: [TN] Silkscreen removal
I need to remove some silkscreen on a assembled board. Quite a bit
all in one area. Is there a solvent that will do this without messing
the
soldermask up too bad?
Any input will be appreciated.
Thank You
