From PCB Fab - The 620 is a BT system that is somewhat more problematic
in board fab than the 408 which is had Triazine added to reduce Dk/Loss.
The 408 processes very similar to STD FR4 and is somewhat lower cost in
volume.  408 is a little more lossy, lower Tg but does have less
moisture uptake which has benefits in some applications.  Both a fairly
easy to get - we do stock some sizes.
