You need to be more specific on the tests! For the 3-11g committee on Ag, we
used ENIG as a control group and tested to 1344 hours at various
temperatures/ humidity with bias and had no problems.

Hallo Techneters,

does anybody have an experience in immersion gold plated board humidity
tests ?
Are these tests the same for all PCB finishes ?
Where is the fault  if gold goes greenish ?
