Hello Jim,

The Assembly Qualification - 1720 'form' is pretty much self explanatory and
for those terms that you may not be familiar with - it refers you to the
glossary (10.1 or 10.2) which is part of the document. The 1720 can be
downloaded for free at the IPC we site. (you can also get the 1710 for
printed board qualification).
