Jack,

regular paste screen frames are 29"x29", for MPM machines. But these are the
outside dimensions, you need to subtract roughly 1.5" on each side for the
frame itself and then a minimum 1" on each side for the tensioning mesh and
then again, about 1" on each side for the travel of the paste outside of the
image. This brings you to maximum boards of 22"x22". Then you have the
placement equipment and 22x22 is only handled by special machines. So make
it big and you will have a hard time to find bidders for assembly.

My advice is to shave off about 7", at minimum. And you can go higher with
the other dimension, 18"x20" is more feasable.
