Hi IPC LF Listservers,

For those who are interested yet do not receive a subscription the current
09October2004 issue of Global SMT & Packaging has a separate section on
Lead-Free. Eight items from adding a tad of Cu to the SAC mix to help with
Tombstoning, cleaning, ovens, helping with the corrosive effects in Wave
Soldering machines, ,

http://www.globalsmt.net/

Go there first and then click on the current issue over on the left.

Gee I see I didn't get the CD-ROM with my issue with our SMART UK-Bobby
Willis being a master of sorts on the CD-ROM per the magazine. So I will
have to write them to get my CD.

Enjoy!!

Yours in Engineering, Dave
