Reuven

I installed the first immersion silver line in North American at the
AT&T PCB facility in 95. It was a great success with the customers, in
particular Lucent. All that I have experienced since then has been very
positive.

Several papers have been published other than my own on immersion
silver. The two I would suggest are the paper by George Wenger and Bob
Furrow at Lucent and the IPC study comparing several metallic finishes.
The second was prepared by and IPC committee chaired by Bruce Haughton
of Celestica.

Best regards

Lee
