Hey gang -

I'm an associate editor for IEEE Trans on Adv Packaging, and we have an
article dealing with embedded capacitors that we need reviewed.  I'm
not an expert, and I can't find on among the ranks of our usual
reviewers.

Would someone out there, who really knows capacitor measurement and
parasitics, step up and review this for us?

I've attached a pdf of it so you can see it in advance.  Let me know if
you're willing and I'll get you into our reviewer system.
