Hi,

Guess what. I have a customer who give us components exactly. Okay,
sometime 1 to 2 pieces extra. I refer to chip component.

We have to struggle to ensure no part drop off.

Sound difficult. Yes, it is very difficult to ensure no part throw-off
during pick & place process.

We have to be extra careful when handling components. 0805, 0603 components
are rather cheap.

But, wait till you see how tough to handle the 0201 component and make sure
there are ZERO attrition.

Believe me, it is not going to be cheap when the 0201 compoent drop
somewhere inside the pick & place machine.
