Greg; I worked at a company called Thermco Systems in So Cal in the 80's
that supplied the capitol equipment for Wafer fabs. We made the wafer
Loaders and Gas distribution systems for several of the Intel, Motorola,
and HP fabs. They are a division of The Silicon Valley Group in San
Jose. Not sure if they are still around. Hope this helps.

Hoping you may be able help me with some information for my son's

research assignment. He needs the names of companies that make the

used to manufacture integrated circuits. Not to be confused with

like Intel that actually do the manufacturing. He has been tasked to
