You did what you accused others of--mixing politics into technology. BAD
FORM--and wrong on a number of counts.
Scientific intelligence in the LF and environment is not faulty, just
incomplete in some instances. This left the door open for some non-scientist
bureaucrats/politicians in Europe and Japan to shove non-scientific conclusions down
everybodies throats. The scientific/technical community just stood by and
watched [with a few noteab;e exceptions] and acquiesed.
On WMD/Iraq/Saddam--isn't 20/20 hindsight wonderful.
