Hi Ofer, IPC LF Listservers,

1) To your first question I would specify some kind of qualification and
frequent test they should perform. Even this won't be 100% since I don't
think that we know enough yet to specify what you have asked at a metal
finish level. Some still like OSP's.

2) I won't tackle number 2, yet I will tell you that some of the data is on
very thick boards.
