I have a customer who wants to try a special lead-free solder alloy on area
array packages.
The customer will use "dummy" packages manufactured without solder balls.
Since this is a "special" alloy, it is not in solder ball form (the customer
told me he has a "chunk" of the material).

What I am looking for is a list of companies I can provide him with that
have the capability of using his chunk of "special" lead-free solder alloy
to create solder balls on his area array package.

The body size of the package is 12mm x 12mm.
The ball matrix is 22 x 22 (only outer 3 rows all around matrix are to be
populated with solder balls).
The ball pitch is 0.5mm.
