Maybe you donut want to send across the sea...danish Delta are very good. They examined and tested thousands of relays for us. Years back, yes, but they still have that capability.

Do any of you have a recommendation for a Test/Failure Analysis Lab that has
the appropriate knowledge and experience to conduct a failure analysis on
failed relay contacts.

This lab would ideally have a good understanding of the process of
electrical arcing, metallurgy, electro-chemical processes and the required
instrumentation for this analysis.

I'm sure someone has some names.
