.008 mill is the standard that my customers order most of the time.
We manufacture laser etched stencils from .004 - .020 thick.

Question?

What thickness stencil do you recommend on a 6"x8"
board with mostly 0603's and a couple of PQFP128's.
The pads on the PQFP are 12 x 63.
