Does anyone happen to be familiar with IPC/WHMA-A-620 Section 9.4.3?  I'm
inspecting a CCA with a connector similar to Figure 9-22(A).  The criteria
simply states 'Material is missing ...'.  Assuming no damage to the
dielectric, how much material can be missing?  If a large chunk is missing
as in Fig 9-23, but remains entirely within the cup, is that acceptable?
