Please find my resume attached as it applies to this position. I
have over 6 years experience as a Quality Control Manager in a military
environment. I have implemented and maintained the ISO 9002 program in
several positions. Statistical Process Control (SPC), FMEAs, CPKs and gauge
R& Rs are some of the tools I have used to maintain the ISO certification.
I have a chemistry education that I have applied in the 30 years that I
have been in the printed circuit board industry. I have supervised up to 15
people in a manufacturing environment to include electrical test, wet and
dry labs and final inspection. I work and interact well with suppliers,
regulatory agencies and customers. I have working knowledge of Mil-std-
2000, Mil-prf-31032, Mil-P-50884, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610, IPC-TM-650, IPC-
6012 and IPC-6013. Please review my experience and education in

                   Quality Assurance Engineer-60K-left due to reorganization
 Provided technical support to customer quality audit. Tools used
were FMEAs, PPAPs, CPKs, gage R & Rs, defect root cause analysis, process
anomalies and surveys. I was responsible for the material review board
disposition of in house non-conforming material based on customer
requirements. The disposition was based on next assembly risk assessment.

December 2002 to April 2003            Cosmotronic Corp.-Irvine, Calif.
                  Quality Assurance supervisor-52K-left due to Co.
bankruptcy
        Supervised 12 people in the electrical test and inspection area for
the manufacture of rigid and rigid- flex printed circuit boards for
military use. Responsible for the returned material disposition of customer
returned non-conforming material and implementation of internal corrective
actions. Reorganized the electrical test department for optimal retrieval
of the test fixtures.


May 2000 to October 2002                  Winonics, Inc.-Fullerton, Calif.
                 Quality Assurance Manager-52K-left due to facility closing
        Chair the quarterly management review meeting, maintain the
internal Quality audit system to the ISO standard 9002, review, track and
investigate customer complaints, chart first pass yields for AOI,
electrical test and final inspection, maintain the return material
authorization system, assist quality supervisor, lead and inspection,
respond to customer requests for corrective action, maintain the
calibration system, UL registration book, inspection and test stamp control
books, issue monthly SQC report and maintain the internal corrective action
system, evaluate all customer returns and pull stock for similar
evaluation, maintain the auditor pool and update their training as
required. Gage R & R, SPC and CPK studies.

Responsibilities include performing all Quality functions relating to the
Manufacturing of Multi-layer Printed Wiring Boards/assemblies Tracking all
manufacturing metrics and working with Manufacturing to improve
production.  Facilitator for various areas to resolve process issues and

rejection of hardware based on drawings and specification requirements.

Worked all aspects of Quality Assurance.  Performed audits of quality
procedures and military specification revisions.  Requalified the GR and GI

(MRB).  Performed planning inspection of all incoming orders.

Assurance Department. The SPC program was implemented for 6 key processes.
Interfaced with Customer on Quality issues and surveys.  Trained inspectors
and ensured personnel were kept up to date with the Manufacturing
procedures.  Maintained a complete calibration program in accordance with
Government requirements.  Developed a return material authorization system,
responsible for in-house and Customer request for Corrective action.

 Processed all audits with government agencies (DCAS and DESC).

performance/cost improvement program.  Performed source surveillance
acceptance prior to shipment.  Coordinated testing program for Norplex.
