Hi Min,
material FR4 is up to 130 dg.C working condition. Material G30 is up to
260 dg. C. Sure, PCB material will not be demaged.
Bye
JJ

Subject: [TN] worry about the PCB reliability issue with high
temperature?
hello, Technetters,
Our a product's environmental temperature is 45c, while our power
board's T-rise is about 30c, do you think our PCB (FR4) has reliability
issue with high temp for long term? Any response and suggestion will be
welcome.
Thanks in advance!
Min jun
