Hello together!
Graham,
I have a little confunsion with the units of the ionic contamination... are
they "mg/cm2" or "microgram/cm2"?
It would be a good thing to be able in Outlook to include greek letters!
Best regards

Graham,
The hanging one is a piece of "rope", which, by the way is 8.4 meters long.
String is entirely different.
I would be curious as to the studies which set the 0.2 microgram / cm2
level. Use of a more modern dart board, no doubt.

If that is the piece of string you were keeping to hang someone with, its
too short!
Irving,
Most of our customers presently employ a go/no-go at something less than
0.2microgrammes of NaCl equivalence per cm2. The old 1.5 limit may be too
high for many modern circuit designs. Remember, that old spec should be
interpreted as: It is acceptable to leave UP TO 1.5mg/cm2 on your assembly
surface, and that cant be a good thing.
