Hi Dave,

One interesting thought for the future... what effect will the Lead-Free
process have on Vias that are covered on both sides? 1) covered both sides
with only soldermask; 2) plugged then covered both sides with soldermask.?

I've seen a few boards so far where vias are blown open randomly on the
board since they were covered on both sides. And that was using the Leaded
process. I wonder what'll happen with higher temps required for Pb-Free?

Anyone?
