I don't want to sound like "the grouchy guy" (again),
but when these servers come back online on Monday
20th, can we change the subject to something else
besides "(NTC) education, a little off topic but valid"?

I have invited quite a few people to join here lately,
but I'm worried they will get the wrong impression of
what we are all about.

I would be happy to host this "state of the world"
discussion on my personal website, if anyone is interested.

just a friendly suggestion from the thought police...

Reminder-IPC IS MOVING:  On Friday, September 17, IPC will be moving to
a new office location:  3000 Lakeside Drive, Suite 309 S, Bannockburn,
IL, 60015.  All phone, fax, web and e-mail service  INCLUDING ALL
LISTSERV FORUMS will be down from the close of business on the 16th
until Monday, September 20th. The new main telephone number will be
