        A discussion of concepts, procedures and software tools to insure
you get your design right the first time!

PWB Design Verification begins before the PWB Designer starts.  Many
engineering disciplines have a stake in your design.  We will explore Design
Verification philosophy and procedures with emphasis on the PWB designer's
roles, responsibilities and accountabilities.   

Our panel of experts will present solutions to help you shorten the cycle
time of your design-fab project, while increasing the quality of your
design.  We will demonstrate the benefits of integrating the use of 3D
mechanical design software to create life-like models of your board
assembly.   We will also present the use of Virtual Manufacturing Technology
for electronically validating your PCB design.

With proper design verification philosophy, procedures and enhanced software
tools coupled with strong Personal Pride, the PWB Designer can be the
cornerstone to PWB success.

IPC Designers Council members will be admitted free of charge.  Non-Members
are asked to contribute a $5.00 donation at the door to help cover the
lunch.  Contributors will get a $5.00 discount applied to their membership
should they join the IPC Designers Council at the meeting.
